Procedure price vs package price
At Oculy you can choose:
- the procedure alone – for patients who arrange their own travel and stay,
- a package with accommodation – for patients travelling from abroad; besides surgery it includes hotel accommodation, transfers and a coordinator's support.
Package prices are therefore not the price of the operation alone. When comparing clinics, check exactly what each amount covers.

Packages with a stay in Katowice

- Essential – 9,900 PLN (approx. €2,200 / £1,900): upper eyelid surgery, consultations before and after, 6 nights in a central Katowice hotel, airport or station transfers, help booking travel.
- Pro – 12,900 PLN (approx. €2,800 / £2,400): everything in Essential plus one aesthetic treatment of your choice (mesotherapy, CO2 fractional laser or PRP).
- Premium – 15,500 PLN (approx. €3,400 / £2,900): everything in Pro, a premium-location hotel, a private guided tour of Katowice and personal support.
What affects the price?
- extent of surgery – upper, lower or both lids, combined with ptosis correction or a brow lift,
- technique – e.g. inner-lid or skin approach for lower lids, the need to tighten the lid,
- anaesthesia – local only or with additional sedation,
- additional tests – e.g. histopathology of a removed lesion,
- organisation of your stay – if you choose a package.
You will get an exact price after the consultation, once the doctor has defined the extent of surgery. Before the operation you receive a clear statement of what the price includes, so there are no surprises.
Frequently asked questions
Why isn't every procedure priced upfront?
Eyelid surgery varies widely – from removing a little excess skin to complex correction of both lids. A reliable price can only be given after an examination.
Are follow-up visits included?
Follow-up visits related to the procedure, including stitch removal, are covered in the quote. Packages include consultations before and after surgery.
Is eyelid surgery cheaper in Poland?
Prices in Poland are often lower than in Western and Northern Europe. More important than price, though, are the surgeon's experience, honest qualification and proper aftercare – compare those too.
